Kedren’s Children’s Village is the first of its kind, mental health single-site, holistic, one-stop campus with wrap around services to serve the underserved children of Los Angeles. The project includes a 24 bed Acute Psychiatric Care Inpatient Hospital, a Psychiatric Urgent Care Center,  the first children's Crisis Residential Treatment facility, a sub acute treatment facility,, an Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic, a Primary Care Medical Clinic, a transitional housing building, a parking structure, a gym, and various site amenities all located on the same 3.5 acre campus located in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles.  This project is being delivered utilizing a Progressive Design-Build project delivery methodology capitalizing on the collaborative synergies between the Owner and Design-Builder teams.
