Jouzy Healthcare Consulting is an Owner Representative Project Management/Construction Management consulting firm specializing in providing Owner Representative PM/CM services for discerning medical, behavioral health, and dental care healthcare providers on all phases of planning, construction and execution of their capital improvement projects.
Jouzy Healthcare Consulting was co-founded by husband and wife team of Dr. Yanina Jouzy and Waleed Jouzy. It is a company born of the co-founders shared passion, complementary strengths and vision to provide the highest quality professional services to healthcare clients.
We are a certified woman-owned, Hispanic-owned, locally rooted small business in Southern California dedicated to providing culturally informed solutions on a variety of healthcare projects understanding the unique nature of every project while avoiding a one size fits all approach.
By combining Waleed Jouzy’s over 30 years of Owner advisor PM/CM consulting experience delivering healthcare projects for various healthcare providers in Southern California, with Dr. Yanina Jouzy’s nearly two decades of owning and operating a successful full service dental healthcare clinic in Southern California, we collectively bring a unique perspective on the complex interplay between form and function.
We are deeply committed to the belief that achieving operational excellence and successful outcomes for our clients—and the patients they serve—requires healthcare facility design and construction to seamlessly integrate operational workflows and requirements with form and aesthetics.

Co-founder and CEO
Dr. Yanina Jouzy, is the co-founder and CEO of Jouzy Healthcare Consulting. In addition to being a licensed dentist, she is an experienced healthcare provider who has owned and operated a full service dental clinic, Sunshine Smile Dental, in Los Angeles County for almost two decades focused on driving practice growth through attentiveness to her patients’ needs, customer service, clear communication and innovation. She is a team leader focused on building and leading a dedicated, high performing team of professionals who share her commitment to excellent customer service and successful patient outcomes. Dr. Jouzy is a recognized leader in the dental profession, is the Vice President of the Hispanic Dental Association, and is dedicated to giving back to the community through her active participation in organized dentistry and mentorship programs.

Waleed Jouzy is the co-founder and President of Jouzy Healthcare Consulting. Waleed has a proven track record of over thirty years of successfully delivering large, complex programs and projects in excess of $3 Billion in value on time and within budget for various mental health, medical and dental healthcare providers in Southern California. He prides himself on his proactive problem-solving skills, collaboration with various project stakeholders, removing barriers to success, and streamlining processes and procedures. He is a reliable leader who builds, motivates, empowers and mentors top performing teams focused on delivering results for our clients. Waleed is both a Certified Construction Manager and DBIA Certified Professional with a Masters Degree in Construction Engineering and Project Management from UT Austin, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from UCLA.
